REGISTRATION & SIZING GUIDE

WOMEN'S SIZING

BRA SIZING

Our bras are adjustable and slightly padded. You will receive a size based on the following groupings:

  • Regular Bra: 32A – 40A, 32B – 42B, 32C – 42C, 32D – 42D, 32DD – 42DD, 32DDD – 42DDD
  • Wire Bra: 32/34-A to 36-D (Wire bras are NOT available above 36DD)

OWN BRA POLICY

Available in selected sections only. Bra must be plain, smooth, and free of lace (Nude, Tan, White, or Black).

Submission deadline: April 19, 2026.
An additional $50 USD fee applies.

BOTTOMS

Styles: Bikini, Thong, Jumpsuit, Sling
Sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL

Participants are responsible for selecting the correct size during registration.
No size exchanges will be permitted at distribution.

PAYMENT & EXPERIENCE

INSANE CARNIVAL EXPERIENCE INCLUDES

  • Official Costume
  • Food Service
  • Premium Beverages
  • Professional Security Personnel
  • Official Media Coverage
  • Entertainment by DJs and Performing Artists

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

To secure and retain your costume, the following payment structure applies:

  • 20% Initial Deposit – required to secure costume
  • 20% Payment – due April 15, 2026
  • 20% Payment – due May 15, 2026
  • 20% Payment – due June 15, 2026
  • 20% Final Payment – due on or before July 15, 2026

Failure to adhere to the payment schedule without written approval from the Band may result in forfeiture of the costume and all payments made.

The Band reserves the right to release unpaid costumes for resale after two written notices.

ADD-ONS

If an add-on option is selected:

  • The original base item being replaced will not be provided
  • Add-ons must be paid for at the time of selection
  • Add-ons are non-refundable and non-transferable

TERMS & CONDITIONS

FINAL SALE POLICY

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of carnival costumes:

All sales are final.

  • No refunds
  • No exchanges
  • No transfers
  • No credits

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law.

COSTUME COLLECTION

Costumes must be collected during the official distribution period.

Participants must:

  • Present valid government-issued photo ID
  • Inspect all costume components before leaving the distribution center
  • Confirm receipt using the provided checklist

The Band is not responsible for missing items once the costume leaves the distribution premises.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the event.

MEDIA RELEASE

Participants grant Insane Carnival permission to use photographs, video, and audio captured during the event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

FORCE MAJEURE

If Carnival is postponed or canceled due to government regulations, public health directives, or national emergency declarations, all payments will be credited toward the next scheduled event.

No refunds will be issued.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda.

By registering and submitting payment, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
